Explanation: This simple web-based eCRF demo shows the principle of a
web-based EDC system. It consists of only 2 pages:
 - the Subject Management page where you create new randomized subjects
 - the Demographics and General Data page

You can enter a new Randomization Nr (a number between 1000-9999)
and press the GO button. If the number is not already used, it creates
a new empty subjects record. Press the Demographic and General Data
page and enter additional information for this subject.
